The Company abides by international and national intellectual property laws and regulations, and adheres to the principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of others while protecting our own legitimate intellectual property rights related to pet products. If you believe that any material or content on the ZENTHUNE website or its linked platforms infringes your copyright, trademark, patent, design right or other intellectual property rights (including pet product designs, brand logos, product images), please file a formal intellectual property infringement complaint with us via our dedicated email: service@mail.zenthune.com.
Requirements for Infringement Complaint
Your formal infringement complaint must be in writing (electronic form is acceptable) and include the following complete and valid information:
- The physical or electronic signature of the intellectual property right owner or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the owner;
- Detailed identification information of the infringed intellectual property right, including the right name, relevant registration number and the country/region of registration (if applicable);
- Detailed identification information of the suspected infringing material, including its exact location on the pet product website (e.g., product page URL, image link) and sufficient details to assist the Company in locating and identifying the infringing material;
- If the infringement involves a pet product design right, clearly indicate the infringing design and provide the relevant design registration number and certificate;
- If the infringement involves a utility model patent for pet products, clearly specify the claimed infringing technical solution and provide a valid court order, judgment or patent infringement appraisal report supporting your claim;
- Your complete contact information, including full name/company name, company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, contact phone number and valid email address;
- A written statement that you sincerely believe that the use of the suspected infringing material on the Company's pet product website is not authorized by the intellectual property right owner, its agent or applicable laws;
- A legal statement guaranteeing that all the information provided in your complaint is accurate and true, that you are the legitimate owner of the infringed intellectual property right or an authorized representative, and that you are willing to bear all legal liabilities (including perjury) arising from any false or misleading information in the complaint.
Company's Response to Infringement Complaint
Upon receiving a valid and complete intellectual property infringement complaint in accordance with the above requirements, the Company reserves the right to take the following measures without prior notice:
- Immediately delete or disable access to the suspected infringing material on the pet product website;
- Remove all links pointing to the suspected infringing material on the website and its linked platforms;
- Notify the suspected infringer (e.g., third-party pet product merchant) of the removal of the infringing material and the relevant complaint information;
- Terminate the user account or service access rights of any user or third-party pet product merchant who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of the Company or others, in accordance with these Terms of Service and the Company's relevant policies.
Copyright Notice
ZENTHUNE and its affiliated companies own all the intellectual property rights and other related rights, ownership and interests of the ZENTHUNE official website (pet product mall) and its related mobile applications, including but not limited to the copyright of the website and mobile application content, pet product images and descriptions, software, design, trademarks, patents and the technical systems used to provide the website and mobile application services. All these intellectual property rights are strictly protected by international and national intellectual property laws and regulations.
Without the prior written authorization of ZENTHUNE, any unit or individual shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, display, perform or otherwise use the intellectual property of ZENTHUNE (especially pet product-related content) in any form or by any means. Any unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property will result in legal liability.
